Number plate light ?

Number plate light ?

So my car has no wires at all for a number light, can anyone show me pictures of how theirs is setup please.

I don't recollect you saying if you have a Saloon or Traveller?
This is just an image I took from online to add the arrow to.
The wiring harness for the rear enters the boot in the corner behind the spare wheel.
It runs around the boot to the RH and then LH rear lights.
But along where it runs behind the spare wheel, a branch comes off and is routed up in the corner of the boot and around the boot lid.
Simple as that.
Only 2 wires, feed and earth.
Get the spare wheel out and have a gander around in there.

That looks simple enough, thanks.
My moggy is a 2 door, just finished off few bits now and it’s back on the road.
I’ll take a picture once it’s all finished.

I must get a boot stay arm.

Number plate light all done, I only had thin wire so hopefully that will be ok.
