People often share bad experiences of companies but I wanted to share a good experience.
I bought a Sealey Premier socket set in 2014. Yesterday I managed to bend the centre electrode of a spark plug and realised that the rubber insert had fallen out of my 21mm spark plug socket. It was nowhere to be found so I decided I would have to buy a new one. Then I remembered that the Premier range have a lifetime guarantee. I contacted Sealey and less than 24 hours later I have a brand new socket. I only asked for the rubber insert! Great service.
Incidentally, the spark plug is some weird Accuspark thing that the engine builder installed.

Re: Sealey Premier Tools Fantastic Service
Sealey make sockets called total drive, where the internal design makes them fit multiple sizes, metric, AF, BSF/BSW aswell as male torx. Unfortunately I gave away all my imperial sockets with my old british motorcycle, when sold. These seemed a good alternative to specific imperial sockets as good value and multi use.
All are suitable for Spline, Metric Hex and Bi-Hex, with many also equivalent to TRX-Star*, Whitworth, Imperial Hex and Imperial Bi-Hex.
Sizes: 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24mm.
