Brake master cylinder
I have just had my servo, brake master cylinder and hydraulic clutch cylinders overhauled (And lined with stainless steel) and noted that the rear union, on the brake master cylinder was fitted with a bleed screw (I have never had a Minor without a servo but know this normally goes the the rear brakes). Is that necessary or will a blanking plug do? In other words, does the master cylinder need to be bled separately?

Re: Brake master cylinder
Mine was the same but servo on drums. When I converted to disc brakes found that the banjo bolt on the drums fitted nicely into the mater cylinder. One less place to leak and neater to my eye plus more spanner room.
