I’ve noticed my D/S door is slightly out of alignment, is this just a matter of loosening off the door hinge to realign?

There is some adjustment, though very limited. The problem is that when you align one part, another becomes out of true. Good luck my man.

Is it the door that's out of alignment or is it the wing that's a slightly different profile ? There's limited adjustment on the door hinges but you could alter the trailing edge of the wing possibly.

That's a good question. There is some adjustment on the doors and some on the wings but if the profile simply doesn't match - as it looks in the photo - you'll have some bodywork to do. Despite the high costs, I found on my car that the replacement "Heritage" wings were somewhat out of shape :-?
