Lego or equivalent

Hello

Just wondered if there were any AFOL's (Adult Fans of Lego) out there amongst the MM community. Maybe can recommend a kit or two. I've built about 150,000 bricks worth of the years both LEGO and equivalents.

Latest kit build was one of the most satisfying. Its an MOC of a late 1920's Le Mans Blower Bentley. Its about 750mm long. Quite imposing

GW2222 is a genuine 1931 Bentley, a stonking 4.5ltr.

I've not seen that one 'in the flesh', but I did spot a 1938 2.7ltr stablemate last summer in the Cotswolds. Lovely looking car.
Driver was having a little bit of a problem grating the gears while swinging it around to park outside the pub, he'd come down from the direction it's now facing. You can imagine swinging that around 180 deg from that road.

Very dark blue...
Just look at that cockpit layout. Size of those switches. I'm assuming the two glass things on the far left are for fuel, but I've no idea what purpose they serve.

All look a a bit too good. Is this one of the new ones?.

Rad surround is chromed too it shouldn't be, all brightwork was nickel plated in period. No the 2 glass bowls are the Supercharger Oil drip Feed Indicators Pedals dont look right either much too modern and originally they would be Clutch-Throttle-Brake, the throttle being more of a push button than a pedal.

Sorry id prefer my Blower to be more battle scarred

Theres some great non Lego models out there. Cant find a set for a moggy yet

Just an idea, the Fortnite computer game teamed up with Lego to allow for the creation of Lego Worlds.

So, if you have a computer capable of running it, you could use that to build a Minor.

Since it's all digital, you'll be able to easily make mistakes/switch things round/undo-redo etc.

Then once you've completed it digitally, you'll know which types of bricks go where, and be able to create plans to make it out of real bricks.
