Answering a query is easy, just post like you did before.

This has been resolved via email, a genuine member trying to renew on the main site.

I was hoping for some help from the club but it seems like that is only given to long time owners very c,]

That is a very sad thing to read. You asked for help with the website. That was given. Help with whatever you wanted was offered, all you had to do was ask; but instead of asking questions you have just made an unjustified statement. You receive a membership card and a magazine, both of which have contact details for technical assistance, spares, DVLA enquiries, and general administration. There are also local branches across the country who are welcoming and happy to offer advice in person.

You can post questions on this Messageboard - you have asked a couple of things, which have been answered. Everyone is willing to help, but if you do not ask a question, or fail to respond to suggestions, then we have no idea what you want to know, and it's unfair to criticise.

I asked what particular help he needed but there was no reply, so what can you do ?
However if someone is unhappy it's their right to leave, so he’s saying goodbye to us. Oh well !

Dear Detroit
simmitc, as the administrator of this Discussion Forum, has posted what can be seen as the 'official response' to your statement.

As a mere user of the facility, I will make a more forthright response. I strongly suggest you examine your own activity, or lack of it...

This public facility is open to all, not just MMOC members, and we will help anyone willing to engage with this discussion forum.

Since you first posted, simmitc sorted out your issue which was to do with the main site, not these forums.

You then made a few random posts:

You had a moan about 'Club Spares', so I asked you a question, yet you never responded...

You asked if anyone had a SII Floor gearbox panel. You got no responses, so presumably nobody does.
Did you want a load of 'No' replies?

About a week later you asked if anyone had a gasket for the same panel. Did that mean you'd found one?
Several replies about it not having a gasket, just sealant, but you never acknowledged these responses.

Then came a random post/question "803 engine numbers for 1956 split screen". You were asked to elaborate on the subject, but nothing else from you.

Then a question about Starter Pull cables, which wasn't particularly clear in it's meaning, but there were a few responses anyway...
Again nothing from you in answer to questions people raised.

You presumably have personal issues of some sort, and people around here are pretty good at helping all sorts, but the key fact remains that this is a Discussion Board/Message Board/Forum, and whichever way you describe it, it only works if communication is 2 way.
All you do is post vague statements/questions and consistently fail to engage in any discussion...basically you ignore people trying to help you.

The evidence is clear, you're not communicating with people.

I had a feeling this would happen from his first post. There is no excuse for poor manners no matter how bad with "tec" one is.
