Tracking Toe-in

We probably all know that the manual gives the toe-in as 3/32 of an inch or 2.4 mm, but many places now want it in degrees. This site might be useful: https://www.wisefab.com/toe-converter

Forget the metric or imperial string and just buy one of the tracking checking tools in the link below.

Used a similar machine when I worked in the BMC garage in the late 1960s and never had a problem with tracking or tyre wear

Must admit I've got a Gunson Trakrite and it works for my Moggie. I have just about enough room to use it in the garage, as it needs a decent flat surface to move the car across it.
My driveway angles noticeably to one side. :roll:

Waste not,want not, if you have a tape measure, you could re-calibrate your imperial string to metric string....

But John I would have to recalibrate my inches tape measure first :lol:
