Hi,
The chrome rings can be tricky, especially if the rubber backing is not is excellent condition. If it’s gone soft expect a challenge and order a replacement as will fall out in due course.
I usually use a small flat bladed screwdriver or a pick to work around the lip of the chrome into the rubber.
I can’t comment on the headlamp bulb number.

Headlamp chrome can be a bit of a fiddle, my advice would be to look at it carefully and try to understand how the lugs latch into the backing and where the screw fits.
The exact fitment may depend on whether you've original lamps or subsequent replacement items.
Not forgetting it left the factory over 50 years ago... When I got my car, a SII, he had one metal shell and one plastic, with different chrome ....
Same with the Lamp, is it original or an upgrade...
Take a bulb out and check. Post a photo of if if in doubt.
