That's worrying as it has mixed fact with fiction. I'm not sure there are actually any 2 views of the same area, e.g. the rear, that are the same configuration.. Yet still people ask the Office if it's genuine...

Guess what, like with most Social Media, reporting it is on the 3 Dot Icon.
But the issue is that there's a strict list that can be reported and this fake BS probably doesn't qualify.
