Passenger Door Internal Locking Spring Clip
I'm looking for the spring clips on the internal door locking No. 91 on the drawing AAA1450. Anyone know where I might obtain. Tried all the usual but not available

You could probably get a general purpose 'e-clip' that will work well in that application.

After a bit more research I'll try these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/394069812410 ... a097a94357

I am pretty sure that the type of clip (R type) in the link above is incorrect and will not fit.
The 'R' type clip is a re-usable replacement for a split pin. It is not meant to wrap around a grooved pin.

You can try them, but I think you'll struggle to make it work.Peted7202 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2024 11:54 am After a bit more research I'll try these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/394069812410 ... a097a94357
Those are R Clips, normally used by the straight side going through a hole on a bar.
The clips on the handle are usually termed 'horseshoe clips' to go around a slot in the circumference of a bar.
An external C Clip might be more appropriate.
Best of luck though.

Is it similar to the thing I call an 'omega clip'?

Re: Passenger Door Internal Locking Spring Clip
Does anyone have an extra one? Here in the States, the locking left hand door is not as common. I'm sure I have either a loose one or an extra lock assembly to take one out. If you can't find one over there, determine what the postage is and I'll send you one.

Re: Passenger Door Internal Locking Spring Clip
Similar but not quite. Those are classic Window Winder or door handle clips, which are far too big. They are designed to fit fully on, as it were.michael4 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2024 5:01 pm Is it similar to the thing I call an 'omega clip'?

The Clip on the locking lever has a further bend, this leaves a hoop to get hold of to remove/fit it.
The rod is held by the middle section, which I've indicated in highlighter yellow.

Does it allow the handle to turn and function when fitted into the assembly....
