I have no idea what you mean by
when turn on indicator it blows the indicator relay
Assuming it's not a Heath Robinson Bar-steward Child of a system you have, there is no 'Relay'.
It's a Flasher Unit which operates on a bimetallic heater principle (or electronically if a modern replacement).

So what do you mean by '..blows the Indicator relay?'

Clearly you've go something connected up incorrectly, whatever it is....

If you’ve added indicators, it would be a plan to re-check how you wired things up, sounds like there is a short somewhere.
Wiring is not easy to troubleshoot remotely.

A traditional Flasher Unit would not 'Blow', but a modern electronic one certainly can.
You've undoubtedly got a short circuit direct to Earth on the wiring you've installed; the Electronic Flasher Unit is 'Blowing' sooner than the 35 Amp Fuse can.
If you haven't got a Multimeter, get one.
However you've wired it all up, I assume the Flasher is in Circuit before the switch.
Remove all 4 lamps and check the respective wiring for a short to earth.
If none of that makes sense to you, please come back and I'll spell it out step by step, although that might be a quite lengthy write....
You might be better off looking up some youtube videos on basic classic car wiring checks...
