Waterfall dash

Does anyone know how to get a waterfall dash out I have a1952 convertible. I would like to access the bulbs because when you put the lights on there is supposed to be a red/green light on (the red light works for high beam).

The waterfall dash with the ash tray in it pulls off, it is held in with 3 steel studs/retainers which are cast into the dash. One in the centre at the top and two on each corner at the bottom.

Be very very careful as the studs can easily pull out of the casting or break the casting.
