I have just checked a n.o.s. genuine Lockheed rear cylinder and the pipe connection into that is definitely 3/8" B.S.F..

So does that also mean at the front the junction with stoplight switch it is BSF in from master cylinder and UNF out to left and right front brake?

No it is BSF both ends as far as I am aware. I replaced all of my braking system but I confess that I bought a Kunifer brake pipe set from Automec rather than try to make up my own pipes. The only pipes that are UNF are the bridge pipes between the front cylinders

Thanks Stephen so all 3 pipes into the front junction are definitely BSF. I don't have bridge pipes as mine is disc brake fronts.

I could be totally wrong, but are all the pipe connections 3/8" B.S.F. - except the front cylinders' transfer pipe and the male end of the flexibles (front and back)?
I have checked a flexible and the male end is 3/8"U.N.F. and the female end 3/8" B.S.F..
Also the front 4 way has 3 x 3/8" B.S.F and on top 1/8" B.S.P. (maybe N.P.T?). Plus whatever bolt size secures it to the car.

A caution regarding the T on the rear axle and its flex pipe, early in the 1000 production the flex was changed to be the same as the front flex. That required changing the T from all BSF to UNF for the flex and BSF for the rigid pipes.

All 3/8" B.S.F..
Thank you, its the pipe from rear of cylinder as you have shown to the attachment to the rear axle flex that I needed to be sure of. As I maybe blanking the master with a 3/8 bsf bleed nipple. Then running a new rigid line from rear axle upto the front and T into the servo.
