Front brakes are all new.
After bleeding the pedal is good bout front drums are sticking.
Could this be a problem with the banjo on the master cylinder(which is all new)
All pipes are all new
Which type of brake fluid mineral or synthetic

To start with, take the drums off and make sure everything is fitted correctly, including the return springs.
Operate the brakes carefully without the drums fitted and see if they retract properly.
You might have just adjusted them a little too tightly....
