Fog light

Evening all hoping you are all well. any tips on wiring a rear fog light and electrical temperature gauge on my 67 moggie please. Regards swampy.

Regarding the fog light, I wired mine from the main lighting switch feed to the side lights via a switch with warning light under the dash. This gave me a visible warning when the fog light was on only when the side and main lights are on too.

If you want an easier partial solution to visibility in poor weather you might consider replacing the tail light bulbs and number plate bulbs with LEDs. These are much brighter and hence more visible to traffic behind. The other advantage is they use less power hence less strain on an old wiring loom and on the battery/dynamo.
