Are the Amber lights on speedo the indicator lights?
Or is one the oil pressure warning light and other one oil filter warning light.

The Oil lights. I believe the indicators remained on the stalk all the time, once introduced.
When the Filter blocked light was done away with, they left the unused amber lens there.
