Where does the power feed come from for the indicators.
Is it the same power source as headlights and side lights.
Before the headlights and side lights were wired correctly the indicators worked but now they don't.

The power for the indicators comes from the fuse box and has no connection at all with the headlamps which have no fuse at all. The same fuse also supplies power to the wipers, fuel gauge, heater fan etc so if they are working it isn't a fuse problem but probably a wiring connection disturbed behind the dashboard. You can follow much of the wiring from the switch by looking under the dashboard. Also - have a look at the wiring diagram as it will show you a great deal as well as all the wiring colours. It is relatively easy to trace the wiring on a Morris Minor

That suggests that you have made some wiring modifications, but I can't work out what you have done - are the headlights wired correctly now, or were they wired correctly before, and now they aren't? That aside, if you have been adjusting the wiring then hopefully you were following the diagram, and as ManyMinors writes, the diagram is the place to which you need to refer.
Is there any other history to explain your current problem? Why did the head;amp wiring need changing? Can you refine the "not working" - lamps not illuminating, lamps not flashing, all lamps affected or only some, etc?
