Fan bolts.

Hi could someone please advise the size of the 4 bolts holding .the two blade fan to the water pump please as may need some.

1/4" UNF x 3/4" length should see you right.

Well it's part number is HZS0405 and it's actually a screw because it's fully threaded.
Searching for that number seems to indicate that it's 5/8", which sounds about right.

I would advise the poster to measure the threads on the pump hub, add the thickness of the fan and any washers used then buy set-screws of appropriate length. It’s not rocket science.

I guess either 5/8" or 3/4" will do.
I just spent a few minutes taking one out of mine, and it's 5/8", but ESM & Moss both offer a 3/4" as the spare.
The extra 1/8" won't do any harm as there's space there before it fouls on the pump body....
