Unless
A) the person who transferred the original reg is reading these pages, or
B) someone now has the car and has old paperwork showing the change of registration,
your chances of finding out if the car was scrapped or given a new Reg are Diddly Squat.
I know my car's past registrations (it had 2
) only because it came with some old MOT Certificates. I was able to get some info from DVLA in 2017, but they no longer do that, even for current owners.

Beyond the fact you can find a picture of the reg number on a ridiculously large Audi being used as a wedding car https://www.lauracalderwood.co.uk/halif ... arah-paul/ I can't see anyway of finding out any further information or what the replacement reg number is unless as Berni says, you get lucky on here and someone recognises it. The days of the DVLA being helpful and giving you any information are long gone.
