Wheel type

Does anyone what the wheels are pictured? Sorry for picture quality but if you zoom, they have holes around the edge.

Not quite sure what you mean. It may be the type of wheel that has one extra hole so that the brakes can be adjusted without taking off the wheel. Just looks like a standard wheel to me. Some reflections in the photo on the parts that the hubcap fits on.

Found them I believe the are Austin Healey Sprite

Yes, the Mk1 and early Mk2 Sprite wheels will fit straight on and have those ventilation holes as pictured. They are only 13inch diameter however so you'll drop the overall gearing down a bit. They are probably no wider than a standard Minor wheel. Also, I think the Sprite wheel nuts used a different taper, so strictly speaking you should also use the correct nuts.
On the plus side, you get a much wider choice of suitable tyres and that means slightly lower costs too
