In the process of disassembly I have unfortunately mislaid the two set screws which screw the driver's side glove compartment surround to the dashboard (see photo). Please could someone advise the screws I need to get hold of? I have checked suppliers and they do not seem to be listed.

I believe they are 2BA machine screws. Mine are pan head, Phillips with a spring washer. I am not sure of the length. I could go and measure one.......
Measured: on my car they are 2BA 7/8th inch long. I cannot guarantee they are original but that fits although the screws don't actually need to be as long...

You’re welcome. I actually only had both gloveboxes out very recently to remove and overhaul the heater and to access wiring to install a new indicator stalk and hazard lights. I used those plastic boxes that takeaways come in and labelled them all so that I didn’t get in a muddle about what went were.
7/8ths is longer than needed if difficult to find. 3/4 would work or even shorter.
