HAS THE CLUB A DVLA REP TO HELP ME OBTAING MY OLD V5 BOOK FOR MY VAN???

The contact details are in Minor Matters and printed on the current (2023) membership cards. If you have lost your V5 (current document is a V5C that should have been issued to replace the V5) then you can apply for a new one by completing a form V62 without needing an endorsement from the club.
