Hi
I’m replacing the bonnet handle on my 1968 2 door.
Can somebody help with the style of the handle? Was it the plain chrome one or the enamelled one?
Any advice would be appreciated.

They changed during the early 1960s - at around the same time as the 1098cc engine was fitted, so your car would have had one with a painted "M" not the glass enamel one.

At the moment it’s just chrome but obviously over the years the paint has worn off.
