countersinking for a duplex chain

A couple of pictures for Nettie.
The countersink being used is the correct 82 degrees for UNF screws but a 90 degree will suffice. Loctite the screws in place.
When fitting the duplex gears make sure that the teeth are aligned using the shims between the crank sprocket and crank shoulder.
This is the correct BMC spanner but a deep impact socket or heavy duty ring spanner will suffice.
The plate was countersunk off the engine but can be done fitted. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the swarf whilst countersinking.The countersink being used is the correct 82 degrees for UNF screws but a 90 degree will suffice. Loctite the screws in place.
