eye bolt and spring eye bolt bushes

Just ordered some front suspension eye bolt bushes and I was struck looking for a reason as to why is it that suppliers of the eye bolt and spring eye bolt bushes which are the same bush insist on giving them different part numbers??
Also what is special about the rear spring front eye bolt bush? Again different part numbers but the same bush as fitted to the rear spring shackles??
The same thing happens with the shackle pin and the front suspension eye bolt pin - same part different part numbers!!
