Speedometer '51 MM

My original 1951 car has a speedo with the number 70620/3 (KM, 1000), and has a difference in counting.
When I am driving 80 kmh on the clock, the real speed is around 60 kmh
When I got the car, 2 speedo's were with it, both the same, and also a spare rear axle.
Is it possible the spare axle was the original?

Does the factory has a list with serial numbers from the axle with the car so I can check?
I know Singer did this, because I have a copy from the factory book with the numbers from my roadster.

I have a number of MM speedos, and could look to see whether there is one with a different code on the speedo face,
in case you wanted to try another code/ratio.

Could be an option, but are they KMH? Or maybe the gearbox part?

Mine is an October 1951 MM, from Belgium, with a KPH meter.
This list means, the KPH meter never was original mounted on the first cars, and the rear axle is the reason.
The body number is between 100.000 and 125.000, and I got a spare rear axle with him.
Or was this the original? I don't know.
