No. APHM is Series II. Best left where it is.

Rare find, beautiful example of this classic and well loved car. Ready for light restoration, most parts available, suit enthusiast, only £14,000.

With the LRBM it's later than low light.

That style of ID Plate, with the 2 'boxes' didn't come in until April 52, so definitely not a Lowlight.
Then, as JJ said, APHM is the engine prefix for the 803cc engine fitted to the SII.
There ends the detective work.

That pile of wood would be more use to me than the Minor
