not quite the same as the one in my car...

It is a standard Minor 1000 interior light from a late model car.
Various slightly different lights were fitted over the years of production.

Those are both correct, original Minor 1000 lights but several years apart in age and specification.
My late 1950s car has the same as yours, my late 1960s car has the type in your 1st photo
