They are available, but only it seems with the switch mechanism - but not a great match.

This starter cable is on e bay

Auto jumble is probably the best place. I am not sure the choke and possibly the starter bakelite heads come off like the lights and wipers though.

Found the complete starter pull with cable on ESM website , cheaper new than ebay used

but can't find just the nob, need to look if grub screws hold them on like the other switches, thought someone will know

Or maybe just fill the holes in ends, just thought if easy to swap just for cosmetic reasons.

The others are on a hex stem with a ball-clip which when depressed relates the knob from the stem. Not a grub screw as far as I recall.

The knob was never available at a seperate part and is firmly fixed in production - unlike the wiper and light switches. If you want complete originality you'll have to do some digging and ring/email round the specialists and buy good secondhand items. Easy enough to replace the whole cable

Thanks that's what I needed to know, not bothered enough to replace whole cables, may try to fill the holes

You can fill them with Milliput putty, paint them, use a stick on letter finally a coat lacquer.

Just to confirm what others have indicated, the tops are very different.
The Choke and Starter are both fixed to the cable in manufacture, a new cable therefore comes with a new top.
The Lights switch top is removable and is held in place by a spring loaded catch.
The Wipers Knob simply unscrews.
So the 2 you have broken are resolved by changing the cables.
