My indicator switch has worn out on my 1957 saloon.
Could I use the earlier unit with the built in warning light and simply remove the light? Are the two indicator / horn push switches exactly the same otherwise?

I think there is very little difference between the two types from what I remember. As long as you have a warning light somewhere I can't see it being an issue. Well worth a try anyway.
