Autumn Leaf Interiors - Pictures? Opinions?

I have a rebuilt engine (link) and newly welded and undersealed shell (link) lying about waiting to be combined, and my thoughts turn to the interior.

The car is 'Trafalgar Blue' and had the light blue interior, including a filthy carpet, when I bought it back in 2014. I ran it with a darker navy carpet to reduce the carpet care routine for many years. That one is now a mess as it was quite cheap, and the vinyl panels are fading after several rounds of getting dirty and getting scrubbed.

I'm not colour-blind but my partner often disagrees with that assessment! Perhaps related to this I'm considering going for what I think would be a lovely brown (i.e. "Autumn Leaf") interior for the latest iteration of our Minor. Of course given the Leaf cars were/are relatively rare there aren't that many images to be found via search engines, and none (perhaps for good reason) with the Traf/Leaf combo.

A friend of mine with a Photoshop license had a go at a mock-up, but I'm not sure how accurate the brown is - perhaps somebody has photos of Autumn Leaf interiors or an opinion?

Hmmmmm.........Really not sure on that colour combo.
I'm all for personal choice when it comes to period accessories, modern safety upgrades and the like but I think the designers had it right when it came to body colour/trim combinations.
Whatever floats thy boat though!
If you think it's good then so be it......it is good! :D

I have two Travellers with that trim, but they are Teal Blue and originally had Limeflower interiors. As that was not available (even though I worked for the company that produced the material from which the trim was produced, the setup costs were way too high) we had to pick an alternative, and the brown was the favourite. I can't comment on use with the darker Trafalgar Blue.

It doesn't 'not' work but it is down to personal choice / taste.
I happen to like Autumn Leaf interiors, they work well in MGB's, as they lighten what can otherwise seem a quite small interior space when done (as most of them seem to be) in black. In fact I swapped Earl's interior from black to Autumn leaf.
Wish I'd never sold that car....................
Best wishes,
Mike.

Good points well made chaps.

I think I'll paint a spare door card and test it before committing fully.
