My son in Ontario spotted this. Despite appearance it’s not in a scrapyard but private land.

What year approximately would it be?
How much would a reasonable offer be?

The Minor 1000 with a single piece windscreen was introduced around October 1956 so it prior to that date.
I assume it has the speedo in the centre of the dashboard rather than in front of the driver? That change was made during 1954.
So assuming centre speedo, it was built between 1954 and 1956. The date can be traced from the chassis number of course.

It looks in quite sound condition but I have no idea about values in Canada. It would probably cost as much to ship it to the UK as it would be worth here.

beware - the elusive, chromed screen trim is missing! What is the interior like?

It's had stainless steel window frames fitted, that's definitely a plus and the body looks to be rust free.
I would agree it's probably a 54 :D

From the Windscreen and Grill, I would say it's a later Series II, 10/54 > 09/56.

You can work it all out for yourself on the Potteries MMOC branch website...

Would need either chassis or body nos to identify build month
