I know I should have one but I haven't ,does anyone have one lying around they could put a tape measure across ?

As far as I could tell, a quick measure from the flat face to the centre of the gearstick hole, trying to not dip the measure from the horizontal, it's 24.5 inches.
But I'd see if anyone else agrees with that, before treating it as gospel.....
