Hi All, firstly, do NOT reveal your passwords! You do not need to change your password. That said...

Could you please try the password reset option (but not not complete it). On the login page where you normally enter your username and password, click the "forgotten password" link, enter your username and your email address and then click <Submit>.

If it works, then you will receive an email with another link in it. You do not need to follow that link, you can just ignore the email.

I have received reports that some people cannot reset their passwords, whilst our supplier says that it works, so I want to establish a pattern of who gets the emails and who does not.

If it works for you, then could you please post a "Yes" or similar. If you do not get the email, then could you please end me a PM with your email address included.

Yes - used the forgotten password, received email, ignored the reset instructions in the email and I can still login with old login details fine.

Biggest problem I had was remembering which Board this post was on since I always use the 'New Posts' link, so when I logged back in that was empty...

My p/w reset email came straight away, by the way.
