I’m having to drill out a bleed nipple in an aluminium caliper, due to it seizing. to help avoid this in future, any suggestions for a suitable lubricant to apply to such a nipple please ? I’m thinking copper grease but I’m not sure.

Copper ease will do just right.
Put a bleed nipple cover over the new nipple to assist keeping the dirt out.
