Hi I was thinking of changing the pins in the doors as doors have dropped a bit.Can I get some advice of how best to get them out as I guess it would be a bit awkward.

You will need to remove each hinge (one at a time I would suggest) make sure that you do not loose the hinge screw/bolt plates inside the hinge panel. Screw a couple of long non headed bolts into the screw/bolt plate to help retain the screw/bolt plate. Drill out as advised to the size in the link above, fit the new pin and then refit the hinge. Move onto the next hinge.
Good luck

Be aware the pins can only be knocked out in one direction, look closely to determine at which end the splines are, and tap from the other end.

Can’t see why you would consider drilling them out, when they are designed to be knocked out. Drilling is only done after the pin is removed, if you fit oversize pins. If it’s only the pins that show signs of wear, you might be able to refit standard pins, without the need to drill but on reflection probably oversize pins would be best.
If you follow Phil’s link and buy the pins shown, I think they may come with the appropriate size drill.

The old hinge pins should always be knocked out. The original pin hole will act as a guide for the oversize drill. Trying to drill out the old pin can cause the drill to wander and then you have a wobbly hole which will make the hinge un-useable/scrap.
If the drill is not part of the over-size hinge pin package here is the oversize drill from ESM

Looking back I would now say, the pins and drill are sold separately
