Hi gang is there a way I can test that my servo is working as just about everything else was renewed but brakes still poor so maybe the servo thanks
Sit in the car with the engine off and pump the brake pedal. It should initially have the servo assist from any residual negative pressure (vacuum) in the servo and then go hard.
With your foot still on the pedal with pressure applied, start the engine, it should go soft as the engine impacts vacuum to the servo and it takes effect.
Remove your foot from the pedal and cut the engine, wait a few minutes, then try the first test again, this will let you know if the non return valve is leaking.
