A photo of the clutch pressure plate would be helpful.

Have you used a clutch aligning tool? Is the spigot bearing the correct size for the shaft?

Thank you for the photos.
I would ignore what it says on the driven plate - having checked a NOS 1275cc Midget centre/driven plate - the raised centre portion of the centre driven plate should face away from the flywheel.
Checking the part numbers it could be that you have been supplied with the wrong clutch cover/pressure plate.
The correct part number for the 1275cc pressure plate is Borg & Beck Pt No: 492917.
https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/clutch-ki ... 261bb.html
The Moss/Borg & Beck pressure plate and centre plate have the same part number!!!
The clutch cover as supplied looks too deep to fit inside the bell housing correctly.

How does the new clutch cover compare with the old clutch cover especially the depth/height of the cover?

I had problems too fitting the gearbox after a new B&B clutch in my 1275 midget engine.
The driven clutch plate was a very tight fit on the first motion shaft - I used a file to lightly relieve the internal splines on the plate until it fitting smoothly.
Check also that the spigot bearing is the correct size as we had a problem with this too.
Good luck.
