Help wanted

I've been perusing a van which is in Derby. Its for sale on FB Marketplace "1971 Morris 6cwt van". I'm in Cornwall, so a long way away. Just wondering if there is anyone up that way who could cast an eye over it for me?

Going by the pics, and price...Mmmmm....
Gap above the rear drs, back panel replaced(rust) should have PO door hooks, switches are wrong, (flasher motor in the engine bay), replacement loom, no steering lock?
Rear body mounting looks odd too, no rear reflectors & rear number plate partially obscured.
Would request for more "numbers" & photo's of floors, underside etc. - noting quality of repairs - before visiting.
Granted it's nearly 50yrs old, but for £9k, has to be good.
