Windscreen replacement

Hello everyone,
Newbie here
I need advice and help please and would appreciate your input.
My Harriet is a 1969 convertible. The windscreen has quite a few long scratches and I'm thinking of replacing the whole screen.
Questions are:
1. Where is the best source to get a brand new one?
2. I'm really bad at anything DIY so would need someone to do the replacement for me. Any recommendations?
3. Anyone here can help? I live in Stotfold, Herts.
