Forum down Sunday 14th March 2021

For those who noticed that the forum was down all day yesterday, apologies if you were waiting for an urgent answer. The site went down at approximately 05:34 and returned to normal operation on Monday morning at around 00:42. For those who are interested, the site is currently hosted by a company called our IT provider based in Derby. Mike and I have repeatedly asked them what causes the problem, but have not received any answers.
As you know, Mike is in the process of getting the site moved to a different server. This work is going well, but we need to complete testing before the final move is made, and I am waiting for clarification from our IT provider on a couple of points.
