Could somebody advise what the name of this spacer is at the end of the rocker.There is a small curved pin holding it on

That is the retaining washer plain for the end rocker. The pin is called a split pin and is used to hold the retaining washer is place. There is a similar split pin at the other end of the rocker shaft. There should be a double coil washer (item No: 24 in the link below) between the retaining washer plain and the rocker.
