Insurance confusion

I have a 1969 Austin badged Morris 1000 van, when I got some insurance quotes but none of the people I spoke to for a quote could find on their computers Austin 1000 van but could quote on a Morris 1000 van, would I be in the wrong to insure the van then as a Morris Minor van?

what make does your registration document show.

I also have a 1971 Austin badged van and when I bought it 10 years ago I wanted to insure it and they kept saying Austin Mini van and I explained it was an Austin badged Morris 1000 van and now on the insurance it says Austin Morris Minor van. It says Austin on the logbook. The insurance still wont lower the insurance now I keep it in a secure garage as used to be parked on the drive.
