Changing engine
I am putting a 1500cc midget engine into my 1965 morris minor. Has anyone else done this? Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: Changing engine
Whilst it is possible to fit a 1500cc MG Midget engine to a Minor do not expect the engine swop to be as easy as changing the Minor engine to a 1275cc 'A' Series. The difference is like comparing chalk and cheese.
You also need to take into account the following:-

When changing the engine capacity of an 'A' Series you are keeping the same type of engine. Fitting a MG 1500cc engine means that you have a different type of engine which requires a different approach to government regulations.
