Hi everyone
I have installed a brake reservoir kit with front discs last January, I have noticed the clear rubber pipe supplied upto the reservoir is sweating brake fluid through it, is this normal? Or is there a alternative to stop this

Do you know roughly how much I’d need to order from brake master along chassis leg upto bulkhead?

If the hose is weeping fluid, it's clearly not fit for purpose.
Go back to the seller and complain.
If they are reputable, they will wish to know they are selling faulty goods and sort it out.
They wouldn't wish to have trading standards knocking on their door....

Any good quality epdm hose should do fine, it's roughly a metre long but does depend on how it was installed and routed i'd go go for 1.5 m to be safe.

Are you sure it is not leaking at the reservoir connection (or even the reservoir leaking) and steadily running down the pipe?

Declan Burns does a proper engineering solution for the remote reservoir.

What about your kit with the flexible hose for the Morris Minor?

The thing about the stainless steel teflon braided flexible hose is that with the banjo fitted it requires a large hole ~18mm in the chassis leg to fit which I don't like. The hose is pre-assembled as I would not expect anybody to fit the banjo themselves as the braid has to be flared and the compression olive pressed on and you have to be careful not to cut your fingers on the braid as it is quite sharp. It is also a fixed length.
The copper pipe has the advantage that it only requires a small hose in the chassis leg, and has a much tighter bending radius. It comes in two sections so you can mount the reservoir anywhere in the engine bay and then cut and join the pipes with the compression fitting and all is done. It also looks more period.
Here's a photo showing the fixed length flexible hose that I do for the MG' T-series where the hose connects into a solid non vented filler cap and reqires no drilling to install. This top entry will not work on the Morris Minor as the hose would be above floor level-a pity as it is so much easier to install. I can see no way around it so that is why I decided or prefer the copper pipe version. I can supply both.
I now use "Dowty" washers rather than cheapy fibre cap seals in my kits.
