thermostat studs

hi all
just fitted a new thermostat housing to by ongoing engine build
and the stud seem a bit short ie the nuts with washer go on ok but i would like to see a bit more thread out of the top of the nuts
what size /length are the standard ones and are longer ones available ?

That housing looks a bit tall to me....here's mine...

oops me bad i should have stated its a 1275 engine build
not sur if the 1275 thermostat housing is taller??

You can use three spare rocker pillar studs with either an additional spacer between housing and nut or cut a deeper thread on the stud.
