Hi all,
Currently reconditioning the wiper motor as it wasn't working. Have installed new brushes and had to replace one of the insulator t pieces on the brush set as it was broken.
one thing - the pack came with two red insulating pads in different shapes - anyone know where these should go?
the pads i'm referring to can be seen here :

It might be that the other one is for a different design motor housing, that used the same brushes.
But I suppose the obvious question is ... Well what was in there before you took it apart...?

Very interesting video Berni.
Having seen it I would definitely have a go at refurbishment, before thinking of replacement, as and when the need arises.
Best wishes,
Mike.
PS: Is there meant to be an 'e' on the end of Berni? I've often wondered, I'm assuming it is short for Bernard.

Berni it is then, although by now you should have rebranded yourself to either Beefeater or Brewers Fayre...........
Best wishes,
Mike.
