Identification plate

Hi, while restoring , im planning to change the chassis and body identification plates.
I cant see much characters on my car plate. 60 years must have a long way i assume.
Maybe any minor expert or any senior who has the plate intact can help me with this.
1. Chassis plate. Its M/AS-5D-xxxxxx or M-AS-5D-xxxxxx Or M-AS5-D/xxxxxx.
Where the (-) or (/), should be placed.
2. On the body plate, i think my car body plate will go on red. What number should be on
Green??
