LCV LOWER TRUNNION

HI, does anyone know if its possible to fit a L/H LOWER TRUNNION from a van or pick up on a saloon. I currently don't seem to be able to get hold of a lower lh one for a saloon. THANKS
The lower trunnions are the same for either the van or saloon.
The upper trunnions are the same also.
