I’m replacing the number plate lights on my traveller. I have wired them exactly as the old ones but they are not working. Any advice would be welcome.

Check the bulb and if good check the continuity from a to b on the No plate light terminals.

Check you didn't disturb any bullet connectors when you fitted the lamp and that the live wire isn't damaged and shorting out anywhere. Is the unit earthing properly?

Well I don't have a Traveller, so no direct experience of the Traveller wiring, but the basic principles of any fault find are:

Did it work before you interfered with it?
If yes, assume you've done something wrong in replacing them.
Do you have a multimeter?
If so check that there is power at the incoming cable (having remembered to turn the lights on).
If there is power available check the earth connections....

As I recall, you had a problem last month where you were expecting the replacement front sidelights/indicators to work when you hadn't actually fixed them to the car to give them an earth return path....
